Subscription Policy
1. Trial Period
We may offer a trial subscription for the service. If a trial applies, this will be clearly disclosed on the pricing or checkout screen before you complete your purchase.
Unless you cancel before the trial period expires, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription and you will be charged the amount displayed on the applicable payment screen for the subscription plan you selected.
If no trial is expressly indicated before checkout, your subscription will begin as a paid subscription without a trial period.
We may also occasionally offer promotional or discounted subscription plans. Unless otherwise stated, such offers may renew at the regular, non-discounted subscription price after the promotional period ends.
2. Subscription and Automatic Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each applicable billing period unless you cancel it before renewal.
We may also make available additional subscription plans, premium features, add-ons, or upgrades in connection with the Service.
3. Payment Authorization
By confirming your purchase — whether through one-tap confirmation, fingerprint or facial recognition, entering your payment details on our website, or otherwise approving the purchase through an Apple, Google, or website payment interface — you authorize the applicable payment provider and/or us to charge your selected payment method. The initial charge will correspond to the price applicable to your first subscription period, including any trial conversion, introductory, or promotional price where applicable. Thereafter, unless you cancel, you authorize recurring charges for each subsequent subscription period at the then-applicable renewal price.
The amount payable for the initial subscription period and the applicable renewal price will be disclosed to you before you complete the purchase.
4. Cancellation
Your subscription will continue to renew automatically until it is canceled.
Once you cancel, automatic renewal will be disabled. However, unless otherwise required by applicable law, you will continue to have access to the subscription features until the end of the subscription period for which you have already paid.
If you maintain more than one subscription or subscription plan, each subscription is treated separately. Canceling one subscription will not automatically cancel any other active subscription.
You may cancel your trial or subscription by contacting our Support Team at [email protected]. To prevent the next renewal charge, your cancellation request should be submitted at least 24 hours before the end of the applicable trial or current subscription period.
Please note that deleting the account does not cancel an active subscription.
5. Refunds
For subscriptions purchased or trials activated through our website: refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be granted at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
Except where otherwise required by applicable law, subscription fees attributable to a billing period that has already commenced or ended are generally non-refundable where access to the Service has been provided during that period.
6. Changes to Subscription Fees
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may revise our subscription prices from time to time.
Where required, we will provide you with advance or reasonable notice of a price change. Such notice may be provided on our website, by email, or by another reasonably prominent method.
If you do not agree to a new subscription price, you may cancel your subscription before the revised price takes effect.
